1. About this system

This system is operated by Monderma (Company No. 14567976) for its own internal quality management, document control, training and HR purposes. It is for use by Monderma staff and authorised contractors only — it is not a patient/customer-facing service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details and two-factor authentication method secure, and for the accuracy of any information you submit through this system.

3. Acceptable use

This system is for legitimate business use only. Don't attempt to access accounts or records you're not authorised to see, or interfere with the system's normal operation.

4. Quality and document-control records

Records created in this system (SOP approvals, training completions, quality records, etc.) form part of Monderma's regulatory record and must be accurate and complete.

5. Liability

We provide this system "as is" for internal use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time.
